Our West Coast office is conveniently located in Orange County, CA, serving the cities of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.

Rhonda Miller Since 1995, Rhonda Miller has been practicing law and providing customized Estate Plans, Business Entity Plans, and Asset Protection Programs.

Rhonda has been busy building her compassionate, personalized, and novel style of practice to suit the needs of her growing list of clients. This list includes clients in California and Virginia, as well as those who have businesses in other states.

Jeffrey R. Matsen Jeffrey R. Matsen is a graduate of Brigham Young University, cum laude, and received his law degree with honors (Order of the Coif) from the UCLA School of Law. Jeff served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps and is the founder of "Wealth Strategies Counsel", the Estate Planning and Business Transactions Department of the Orange County California law firm of Bohm, Matsen, Kegel & Aguilera. For over 35 years, Jeff has been providing customized legal services in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, business formation and transactional matters, probate and trust administration, and real property law.

Julie Ellis Paralegal joined our staff in August, 2007 to assist with all document production. Julie has more than 15 years of legal experience in the fields of estate planning, real estate, construction and municipal law. Julie lives with her husband, two children, two dogs and a cat in Northern Virginia.

Barbara N. Waldman, Operations Manager Barbara joined Matsen & Miller in 2011 to manage the day-to-day operations of our growing law firm. She is responsible for organizing, tracking, and managing workflow in the office, as well as providing top-notch customer service. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two teenaged kids.

Jeff Miller A retired Marine Officer and police detective, Jeff fulfills multiple IT support roles at Matsen & Miller. These include ensuring the stable operation of the firm’s computer network, resolving end-user computer problems, administering and optimizing the firm’s servers to ensure the availability of client/server applications, configuring all new implementations, and delivering support to end-users in the firm.
