Our West Coast office is conveniently located in Orange County, CA, serving the cities of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.

Rhonda Miller Since 1995, Rhonda Miller has been practicing law and providing customized Estate Plans, Business Entity Plans, and Asset Protection Programs.

Rhonda has been busy building her compassionate, personalized, and novel style of practice to suit the needs of her growing list of clients. This list includes clients in California and Virginia, as well as those who have businesses in other states.

Kelsey A. (Willits) Raymond has been practicing law since 2004. She heads up our California office, concentrating on estate and business planning for our clients in that state. This California native is a graduate of the University of Southern California. After completing her undergraduate work in psychology and communications, she attended Chapman University School of Law. During law school, she participated in the Elder Law Clinic, where she aided with various legal issues faced by her clients, including estate planning.

Upon admission to the California Bar, she was hired by the firm Risner and Associates, where she worked on all aspects of family law cases. She then moved to the firm of Poliquin and Degrave, where she specialized in medical and dental malpractice and gained extensive litigation experience.

Kelsey currently resides in San Clemente, CA with her husband and her two young children. She is actively involved in her community through her church and MOPS International.

Star Bobatoon is “Of Counsel” to the firm and provides employment law and diversity counseling, and business planning services to small and medium sized businesses. She also partners with Rhonda Miller to prepare trusts for adults with special needs and families with special-needs children.

After earning her law degree from UCLA Law School in 2001, Star gained substantial employment law and diversity experience as an Associate in the Corporate Diversity Counseling Group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Washington, D.C., and as an Employment Litigation Associate at Bingham McCutchen LLP in Los Angeles, CA, and Washington, D.C.

A magna cum laude graduate from California State University Los Angeles, Star is currently licensed to practice in California and Washington, D.C. Her Virginia Bar membership is pending.

Star is a member of Les Brown’s Platinum Speaker Network and speaks to various audiences on a variety of topics. She lives in Northern Virginia with her two children. As a parent of a special-needs child, Star’s passion is speaking to parents and organizations that support parents with special-needs children including the Make a Wish Foundation, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy.

Julie Ellis Paralegal joined our staff in August, 2007 to assist with all document production. Julie has more than 15 years of legal experience in the fields of estate planning, real estate, construction and municipal law. Julie lives with her husband, two children, two dogs and a cat in Northern Virginia.
